Pepperdine uses strong serve to sweep Jamestown

No. 8/9 Pepperdine used seven aces to sweep NAIA first-year program Jamestown on Wednesday night in Malibu, California. The Waves outhit the Jimmies, .294 to .112, and out-blocked them 8.5 to 5.0. Pepperdine outside attacker Noah Dyer led a balanced attack with eight kills on the evening, while Jamestown was led by opposite Clarke Steele’s 11 kills.
